This Agreement of Non-Participation stipulates that by choosing not to attend the optional one-on-one meeting, the Creator acknowledges that the formal Agreement itself becomes the primary method for the Agency to communicate expectations and updates. The Creator fully accepts the responsibility to proactively initiate any requests for support or clarification and agrees that the Agency cannot be held liable for any communication delays, misunderstandings, or gaps resulting from this decision. By signing, the Creator voluntarily confirms their understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Agency Co-Host Battle
By participating, you commit to attend at the scheduled time. Notify us at least 3 days prior if you cannot. You are responsible for matching audience settings (e.g., 18+), being technically ready, and encouraging your supporters. Maintain professional conduct and responsive communication. You are solely accountable for your attendance, readiness, and behavior. The agency is not liable for technical issues or battle outcomes. Participation means you agree to these terms.
